  5. Prohibited Activities: You will not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical activities, including but not limited to misrepresentation of your credentials or soliciting clients in violation of applicable rules.
  6. Verification: VakeelSaab reserves the right to verify your credentials and may suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false or misleading.
  7. Platform Usage: You agree to use the platform solely for the purpose of providing legal services and not for any other commercial or non-legal activities.
  8. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VakeelSaab, its affiliates, and users from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or omissions on the platform.
  9. Modification of Terms: VakeelSaab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  10. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your practicing jurisdiction or as otherwise agreed.
