2. Eligibility

• Request a second legal opinion or additional consultations at affordable rates.
• Access a range of cost-effective consultation packages and offers.

4. Consultation Fees

• Our legal consultation services start at ₹20 per minute. The fees for consultations may vary depending on the experience and expertise of the lawyer you select.
• You will be charged for your consultation based on the duration of the call. You can view the applicable rates during the booking process.
• If your consultation lasts less than the minimum duration (10 minutes), we will refund the unused portion of the time to your account within 48 hours.
• Vakeel Saab may offer discounted packages or referral bonuses, and these will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Refund Policy

• The initial consultation of 10 minutes is non-refundable. However, if the consultation extends beyond the initial 10 minutes, a refund will be provided for any unused portion of the extended time.
• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the consultation.
• If you are unsatisfied with the lawyer during the initial 2-minute consultation, you can contact the call center for a reassignment without any charges for the first two reassigned consultations.

6. Consultation Process

• When you contact Vakeel Saab for legal advice, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding your legal matter.
• You will be connected to a legal professional based on your needs and preferences, including the lawyer's expertise, language preference, and location.
• Initial consultations are available for free up to two minutes. If you are unsatisfied with the lawyer, you may request a reassignment during this period.
• Continued consultations with the same lawyer can be booked through our platform, and packages will be available for extended sessions.

• We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or actions taken by the lawyers you consult through our platform.
• We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

11. No Attorney-Client Relationship

• The use of Vakeel Saab's platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Vakeel Saab or between you and any lawyer on our platform.
• Any communication you have with a lawyer is confidential, but it is not protected by attorney-client privilege unless a formal engagement is established.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Vakeel Saab platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vakeel Saab and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of our platform's content without prior written consent from Vakeel Saab.
